Working on something meaningful and impactful in the Health Care sector

  • 1st Staff product designer hired to product led growth design and exploration on multiple 0-1 features

  • Establish design process with the product/engineering team and refine UX on current product

  • Conduct user research, interviews and consolidate feedbacks into design objectives

  • Design and develop interactive prototype solution and present to client

  • Designed a Chrome Extension plugin that enhance our product experiences

  • Design AI feature to improve efficiency and accuracy getting prior authorization responses

UrbanEater: simple online ordering platform build for non-tech savvy SMB owners to launch their online ordering presence in just days to setup and running.

Check-in Robot: offer check-in tracing functions required by government that also handle queueing as well as screening surveys.

Blinki.io: an URL linking and metrics tracking platform for SMB and creator to have a central URL for multiple links as well as generating QR codes
